Weekend Treats

It Starts Off Sweet

Big Bear Lake will he a hotbed of Halloween activity tonight! Dress up your little monsters, and make sure you have the super-sized candy bags. There will be plenty of ways to stock up on the sweet treats.

Sweet

Of course, safety is always first here in Big Bear. That’s why we feel so lucky to have such an active Business Association helping to organize the highlight of Halloween Night! The Village Business Association along with the city of Big Bear Lake is sponsoring Halloween in the Village. The event provides a safe environment for families with their children to trick-or-treat. Families come to Big Bear’s Halloween in the Village from many different areas.

Then Things Gets Scary

Once you’ve got the sugar high going strong, head over to B’s Boathouse for a ghoulishly good time. There they have the Haunted Boathouse Halloween Extravaganza. Yes, that’s right, an extravaganza. Who says no to that? You know who doesn’t say no to an extravaganza? Ghosts and zombies and such. They’ll be waiting…

It’s Time To Party

Our friends at Nottingham’s Tavern have been planning the perfect end to the scary night. With prizes for the best costumes (including Best Couple – so get creative!) and live music and dancing, it’s really going to be the place to end your night. From 8pm – 11pm there will be terrifying tunes from “Killing” Marquez. Of course, what’s a Halloween Party without themed drink specials? We’ll see you at the “Tavern of Terror“!

But Wait Until Saturday

It's time...
It’s time…

SNOW!

Need we say more? We are expecting our first dusting of the season. Snow is already being made and one of the snow play areas will be open. Join us as we do our happy dance.

This is just the beginning of a winter full of fun. Whether you prefer a cabin for the whole family, or a hotel room with a fluffy bed to get you rested for a long day on the slopes, we’ll be here getting your room ready. We’re already stocking up on firewood for the fireplaces. You can make your reservations by giving us a call at 800-798-3960.
