More beautiful days ahead as the weather for May 31 through June 5 is in the high 60s with nights in the 40s. Sunday will feel like a heat wave with the daytime temperatures climbing to 73° then cooling to 41° for a great night’s sleep in the mountains.

Saturday June 4th – Big Bear Lions Club presents the Mountain Communities Health Fair. Learn how to get and stay healthy as the Lions Club teams up with many other organizations to help you. Visit http://bigbearlionsclub.org/?page_id=15 for details.

Saturday, June 4th – 10:00am – 04:00pm – The National Forest holds National Trails Day in Running Springs. This event is sponsored by the American Hiking Society for the purpose of restoring the forest and for involving children in the process. Children learn how to care for the forest as well as how to honor our National Forests. Learn more at www.NationalForestAssociation.org.

Saturday, June 4th – 3:30 – pm until 7:00 pm. – Summer Wine Walk. 20 shops in the Village will pour wine for the Summer Kick-Off event. Restaurants, home décor shops, clothing shops and other village businesses participate to make the Wine Walk a success.
