What is the Big Bear Yoga Festival?
It’s a weekend where yoga beginners and experts alike can experience yoga in its fullest from breathing basics to certification classes. Attendees can wander through vendor booths promoting wellness and all-natural items, reflect in a guided meditation course, or attend one of the insightful lectures with topics such as essentials oils or aromatherapy.
Festival Dining Options
Breakfast, lunch and snack foods will be available for purchase in the Vendor Village. The Big Bear Yoga Festival offers a vegetarian dinner option with advanced purchase of special admission. The Village offers a variety of restaurants, as well, if you wish to leave the festival for meals.

In addition to stretching your yoga skills, the weekend features a plethora of musical activities, as well as keynote speakers.
Book Signing and Keynote Speaker
Ghada Osman, PhD., the author of Mental and Emotional Healing Through Yoga will be holding a book signing on Oct. 5. The event is free but registration is still required.
Former NFL All-Pro football player Keith Mitchell is this year’s keynote speaker. A paralyzing tackle caused a spinal injury that ended his football career and forced him into an early retirement. Mitchell will talk about how his discovery of yoga and meditation helped him heal. This event is free but registration is required.
