Big Bear Lake is a haven for the bald eagle, the country’s national bird. Attend a Bald Eagle Celebration 11 a.m. to noon Feb. 11, which consists of a one-hour presentation on the biology of eagles and why they winter in the Big Bear Valley. Attend the Valentine’s Day Sweetheart Ball
The Big Bear Lake Rotary Club Foundation will host the fourth annual Valentine’s Day Sweetheart Ball at The Lodge at Big Bear Lake from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. Feb. 11.
