It looks like another beautiful week ahead in Big Bear. We’re expecting sunshine all week and temperatures will rise into the mid 70s with lows dropping into the 40s. This is great fishing and boating weather, so if you’re headed to Big Bear lake you won’t be disappointed.

Monday, June 13- Sunny with a high of 71° and a low of 47°

Tuesday, June 14- Sunny with a high of 75° and a low of 48°

Wednesday, June 15- Sunny with a high of 75° and a low of 47°

Thursday, June 17- Sunny with a high of 72° and a low of 44°

Friday, June 18- Another sunny day with a high of 70° and a low of 43°

Saturday and Sunday, June 18-19 will cool down just a bit with a high of 69° and a low of 43°

What to do this week

Monday, June 13- Start your week off with excitement at Big Bear’s Action Zip Line. Daily tours offer big adventure!  The three hour tour includes an off road ride two miles into the forest with nine high-speed zip line runs  down our mountain and a beautiful suspension bridge with stunning views of Johnson Valley.  If you love an adrenaline rush this is the tour to go on.  Check out the website to book your tour.  http://www.actionziplinetours.com/

Tuesday, June 14- From 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM every Tuesday this summer visit the Big Bear Lake Village Farmers’ Market located at the Big Bear Lake Convention Center.  630 Barlett Road.  Big Bear Lake, CA 92315. Fresh produce and homemade goodies will be sure to tempt.

Visit us at Big Bear Frontier to pick up a 25% off discount card for mountain bike rentals at Get Boards in Big Bear Lake.  Later this summer Get Boards will offer stand up paddle boards and kayaks for rent too.  http://www.getboards.com/

Wednesday, June 15- The Miss Liberty tour boat is a replica of a grand riverboat that travelled up the Mississippi River in the 1800’s.  This tour begins just a hop, skip and a jump from Big Bear Frontier.  The boat is scheduled to depart from the Pine Knot Landing at 2 P.M. daily.  It’s always best to call for reservations to guarantee your spot on this exciting Big Bear Lake attraction.  (909) 866-8129 or visit http://www.bigbearlake.net/MissLiberty-BoatTours

Friday, June 17- Every Friday night from 5-8 PM enjoy family entertainment, great shopping, restaurants, arts and crafts fair, live music and more in the Village of Big Bear Lake for ‘Friday Nights in the Village’.   http://www.bigbear.com/event/?id=2388

Saturday, June 18- There is no better way to start Fathers Day weekend than with Dad at the lake with a fishing pole.  We’ve already researched the best fishing spots for Dad in our post 7 Best Places to Fish in Big Bear.
